Also, we still are the only producer to offer fresh product year round.

Our cut tests have proven, that since 1992, we have gained 1 to 2 ounces per bird in breast meat alone. We have chosen our breeding stock carefully to provide you with what you want; a meatier, more succulent bird, while retaining the natural flavor of the pheasant. Our products are never injected with water or flavor additives during processing, so you pay only for the meat. Our testing has also shown that there is very little water retained from the initial processing - up to 1%. This proves you are paying for only what you want - useable product.
