MacFarlane Pheasants Specialty Shop

Welcome to our Specialty Shop. Our freezer is full of dressed and smoked pheasant with sizes ranging from small to plump. If you are planning a candle-light dinner for two or a special holiday meal, stop in for a great selection. We also carry other delicious meats such as bison, ostrich, duck, quail, rabbit and wild boar. Be sure to ask for a copy of our favorite recipes. Slice some summer sausage & serve with your favorite cheese & crackers. Choose from pheasant, antelope or duck sausage.

Other tasty items are available to compliment your dinner. We have a variety of mustards, cranberry chutney, grilling sauce and easy-to-prepare wild rice mixes. One of my favorites is cranberry cinnamon bread mix, which is very moist & quick to bake! For a hearty meal, you should bake our pheasant pot pie. It is loaded with tender veggies and delicious pheasant meat. We are planning our annual "Tantalize Your Taste buds" open house for Saturday, November 6. Stop in and try our selection of pheasant and other meat, side dishes, rice, bread and other goodies before you buy. It is a perfect time to try something new and plan that special meal! Our Specialty Shop offers a variety of other gift items for the person who has it all. For your 'do it yourself' types, we have a variety of reference books on pheasant breeding, incubation, and delicious cookbooks. Paintings, mounted pheasants, pheasant feathers, t-shirts and hats also make great gifts.

MacFarlane's Specialty Shop is open Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. During November and December, we are open on Saturday 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM. If you are unable to visit our shop, most items are available when ordering on-line at www.pheasant.com. We take the utmost care when packaging each order individually and recipes are always included with each gift pack sent. For your convenience, we ship across the continental United States.
