Products will be shipped within 7 days. Gift packs are shipped in an insulated container with gel ice packs, marked "perishable" and scheduled to arrive within two days of shipment.
All shipments require a street address. We are unable to ship to a P.O. Box. The delivery driver will leave the package at your door, a signature is not required. If you will not be at home, we suggest you ask someone to watch for the delivery. If special instructions, such as “deliver to apartment manager office” are needed, be sure to specify this.
If books, shirts, hats, etc. and food items are ordered together, the shipping cost will be calculated at a higher cost. This is because the package must be handled quickly to avoid spoilage of food items. To save on shipping costs, you may wish to place a separate order for books, shirts, hats, etc. and not incur higher shipping rates.
Please confirm the zip code before placing your order. We are not responsible for product spoilage if an incorrect zip code was provided. An additional charge (approx $10 per UPS and Fed Ex guidelines) will be added to your credit card for a Zip Code Correction.
We reserve the right to make substitution of similar product in the event an item is out of stock. In case of a problem, we request you notify us within 48 hours of product delivery by calling 800-345-8348. If you fail to contact us within 48 hours, you will not be entitled to refund or replacement.
If the incorrect product was shipped (not as a substitution), it is the responsibility of the recipient to notify us within 48 hours at 800-345-8348. This incorrect product will need to be shipped back to us in the same container with gel pack included, within 24 hours for refund or exchange via 2-day or over night service.
We reserve the right to fully investigate claims we believe to be fraudulent or unfounded. Records will be kept on all claims for product replacement or refund.
