MacFarlane Pheasants Inc. has been involved in the Janesville community for many years. Other than donating items for local events, MacFarlane’s participates in multiple programs.

 

In 1992, MacFarlane’s started a program, through Marshall Middle School’s Alternative Programs, with John Koebler that gave students a chance to get out of the school setting by working at MacFarlane’s. “These are not sit-in-school-all-day kind of kids,” Koebler said. Kids enrolled in this program have gotten better grades have behaved better in school.

 

We also provide tours of our facilities. Multiple organizations and schools have visited our facilities, as well as the Alice in Dairy land finalists.

 

MacFarlane’s also supports the North Rock County United Way.
