MacFarlane Pheasants Inc. Is Looking For A Few More Dedicated Workers!

On April 5, 2022 in General by spope

The MacFarlane Pheasants, Inc. mission is to continue to be the best in the business, according to owner Bill MacFarlane. MacFarlane Pheasants was founded in 1929 and has grown to be the largest pheasant farm in North America.  We produce hundreds of thousands of mature pheasants every fall and winter. Over a million day-old chicks are delivered in the spring! In addition to those activities, we have a pet food business called Pure Pheasant and a Food division featuring pheasant meat for grocery stores, high-end restaurants, cruise lines, and individuals.

Covid 19 affected us in the same way it affected businesses across the United States.  Business slowed down, and it became harder to find employees. Business is picking up now that the spread of the virus has slowed down, and we are currently seeking employees for several areas in our business.

Employees at MacFarlane Pheasants are hard working. They have worked as a team, and kept our business running smoothly while we have had employee shortages, but we are hopeful that anyone looking for work would consider working at MacFarlane Pheasants.
The employee qualities that are most important to our company are reliability and the ability to work hard. MacFarlane Pheasants is willing to train you to do the work if you have these qualities! We currently have openings in the hen barn, brooder, and hatchery, and we need delivery drivers and summer maintenance workers.
