Ingredients:  
6 Venison Chops
1 Envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix

Wipe chops with clean cloth and sprinkle generously on both sides with onion soup mix. Wrap individually in aluminum foil.

Place in shallow baking dish and bake for 1 hour at 400 degrees. If desired, bake potates, individually wrapped in foil, along with the chops and serve with a fresh salad.
