1 package Ostrich patties |
| 1 package kaiser roll |
| Salt & Pepper |
| Lettuce, Tomato, Onion, Cheese slices |

| Preheat grill on medium high. |
| Season with salt and pepper. |
| Grill 3-5 minutes on each side until interior temperature is 160-165 degrees. |
