To Cancel:	To cancel your order, you must notify us at least 4 weeks prior to your ship date to receive a refund. Orders canceled within 4 weeks of shipment date will be subject to a cancellation charge.
Terms:	Minimum 20% deposit to guarantee order. We will not process the order until the 20% deposit is received. Full payment on shipped orders is due at least 4 weeks prior to hatch date, or may be subject to cancellation. We accept checks, MasterCard and Visa.
Health Documentation:	Add $14 for a health certificate if you live in AK, AZ, AR, CA, CO, DC, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, KS, KY, ME, MD, MI, MN, MO, MT, NE, NV,NY, NC, OH, OK, PA, RI, SD, TN, UT, VT, VA, WV, or WY. Add $100 for chicks shipped to Canada. Call us for a quote on overseas shipments.
US Fish & Wildlife:	Add $125 inspection fee for Canadian and overseas shipments.
Special Orders:	If you order different breeds of chicks and they need to be kept separate in the shipping cartons, specify this when you order.
All Wisconsin Customers:	All sales in Wisconsin are subject to sales tax
