MacFarlane Pheasants Inc. prides itself on its impeccable customer service. Any questions that you may have are important and we will do our best to answer them. Q: How will my order be shipped?
    A: The shipping department determines the best shipping method, generally U.P.S. or Fed Express.

Q: Will the meat spoil?
    A: The product is shipped in an insulated shipping container with frozen gel packs to help maintain the appropriate temperature.

Q: What if I am not home when my package is delivered?
    A: A signature is NOT required, so the package will be left by your door. If you are away from home, it is suggested you have a neighbor or friend be on the lookout for the package.
