We are constantly improving our wage and benefit package for our employees to gauge our marketability in the workplace. By increasing our marketablility not only do we increase current employee satisfaction, we also recruit employees that are the best in their fields.

Regular company meetings to keep all employees informed of company happenings. We also have company events where employee families are welcome to attend such as our company Christmas party and have staff lunches at various points throughout the year. Company newsletters keep employees informed of what is happening on other parts of the farm.
