During normal business hours our customers never talk to a machine, one of our friendly office staff will be there to help. We also  have knowledgeable staff willing to assist you.

We guarantee our birds. So if you have loses we work with you to solve the issue. With our chick deliveries we send a free 5 percent along with your order to cover any loses you may have.

We also do follow ups and report cards so that we know our customers have a good experience.
